As we prepare to welcome you to the 6th Annual Renewable Energy Conference and Expo (REC26 & EXPO), scheduled for 19th to 22nd October 2026 at Kampala Serena Hotel, we are pleased to share important information to help you prepare for the event.

1. Advance Collection of Conference Tags
|
To ensure a smooth registration process and minimise delays during the conference, we encourage all registered participants to collect their conference tags in advance.
|

Time: Starting at 10:00 AM (EAT) - 03:30PM (EAT)
|

Venue: Serena Conference Centre, Kampala
|
|
Identification Requirements
|
|
All participants collecting their conference tags are required to present a valid form of identification, such as a National ID, work ID, passport, or any other recognised identification document.
|
|
Collection on Behalf of Organisations
|
|
Organisations, institutions, and exhibitors with multiple registered participants may designate a representative to collect conference tags on behalf of their teams. Representatives should carry valid identification and have the names of the registered participants whose tags they are collecting.
|
|
|
|
2. Exhibition Setup for Exhibitors
|
All registered exhibitors are hereby informed that exhibition setup will take place on Sunday, 18th October 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EAT) at Kampala Serena Hotel.
|
|
Exhibitors are encouraged to use this designated period to set up their exhibition booths, arrange their products and promotional materials, and make the necessary preparations ahead of the conference opening on 19th October 2026.
|
|
|
|
3. Share Your REC26 & EXPO Participation
|
As you prepare to attend REC26 & EXPO, we encourage you to share the exciting news of your participation in this flagship national renewable energy event with your colleagues, peers, and professional networks.
