This subcommittee promotes the use of off-grid energy to drive economic and social development, particularly in agriculture, small businesses, and community services across Uganda.

Key Focus Areas:

Identifying and scaling energy solutions for productive applications (e.g., irrigation, agro-processing).
Supporting business models that integrate off-grid energy into income-generating activities.
Collaborating with rural communities to increase adoption of energy-efficient technologies.
